The space Just a few minutes walk from the Bangrak Pier you can enjoy this completely private property that sits alongside a mangrove forest all to yourself. The accomodation which is a shipping container conversion accommodates two completely kitted out bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Both ensuite bathrooms feature a shower, toilet and wash basin. The outside eco kitchen features a fridge & freezer, 2 burner hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining can easily cater for 4 people. The outdoor area is completely private. Relax and enjoy a great book in this outdoor lifestyle accomodation – you won’t fail to enjoy the lovely peaceful setting that this property has to offer. The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout. Each bedroom is fitted with a new air-conditioning unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the Container Homes. Guests are only allowed to smoke outside. Guest access Baan Loha 2 is situated only a 5 minute walk away from the main road of Bangrak Beach, and close to all the piers for those day trips to phangan or other nearby islands and is perfectly located for the famous "FULL MOON PARTY" held in Koh Phangan as the pier is just a 5 minute walk away. Within a few minutes walk you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, and also the long stretch of beach that the Bangrak area has to offer which is perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. A private house for holiday makers is a rare find in this central location. Other things to note Some ask: "Why do you charge for electricity and cleaning?" Some home owners increase the nightly rate to cover these costs, but to keep the cost as low as possible for our guests, we keep it separate. We feel this makes it fair for everyone, as our guests pay the actual cost, nothing more. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is charged at the standard government rate of 8 baht per unit.
