It is perfection for two people where a well behaved dog is welcome (extra charge). The space Beautifully furnished in tranquil hues of blue and pristine white. You enter through glass doors in to the living area which is open plan with a kitchenette (microwave, toaster, sink and boiling water tap) comfortable sofa, Smart TV, free wifi and a glass dining table and chairs. There is ample space to chill out and relax as that is what The Sanctuary is all about. A selection of lifestyle books await in the book case so you can really find your inner calm, curl up with a cosy throw in readiness for enjoying all that coastal Exmouth has to offer. There is a separate bedroom with a super-comfy king size bed (storage underneath) with a luxurious duvet and pillows complemented by good quality crisp white bed linen. There is plenty of free on road parking which is at the end of the drive on Exeter Road - so literally a minute away! It couldn't be easier. Guest access You have exclusive use of The Sanctuary with your own entrance. Other things to note The kitchenette is perfect for warming up a quick meal or making a hot drink with the wonderful, super instant boiling water tap. There is a Co-Op at the end of the driveway on Exeter Road, ideal for popping in and picking up the basics. Alternatively M&S Food is a 4 minute drive away, a 22 minute walk or hop on the bus for a 12 minute ride to not only M&S Food but the station and Exe Estuary.
