There is also plenty of additional vehicle and trailer parking available in the lot next to the house. There is no sidewalk, but traffic is typically light, and many people enjoy walking and biking through the area. The seawall can accommodate up to a 39' boat. There is no electric at the dock, but an extension cord can be run from the house. Water levels are currently lower, so bass boats and fishing boats may require using the ladders to board.
