Beautiful 1 bedroom mezzanine studio with sitting room & ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower. Large airy double height apex ceiling with beautiful 4 poster bed, in the heart of The Cotswolds. Sofa converts to a double bed. A peaceful calming space to relax and chill out. Smart TV available on mezzanine level & board games provided, along with blankets to cosy up with. Breakfast (£10/£16pp) available to pre book & payable on BACS transfer prior to arrival. The space A one bedroom studio with four poster Super King & ensuite shower room. Sitting room upstairs with double sofa bed accommodating two additional guests comfortably. Separate private entrance. Wide choice of cooked/continental breakfast available in host kitchen (requires pre booking). The studio has an apex roof & roof lights (with fitted blinds to give you a restful nights sleep). Sylvie the cockerel lives in the garden. Guest access The studio has been built as part of a renovation project on our 200yr old cottage-formerly a blacksmith’s. It has a private entrance and access to the garden. The link between our home and the studio enables privacy and calm, away from the runnings of the house. There is no handrail on the stairs to the mezzanine level. Other things to note We have a cockerel in our garden who we can put away if you are using the garden. He’s a vocal boy so please be aware of that. We don’t get him up until we are up however. Village pool available to guests from May-Sept. Membership only - we are able to sign you in as our guests for a nominal fee (£5 adult/£3 children). We have a black cat and a very friendly cocker spaniel, who we will happily keep out of your way if you are nervous of dogs. The studio has an apex roof & roof light windows, all with fitted blinds to give you a restful nights sleep. We are in our sixth year of restoring and renovating our 200 year old cottage and are delighted to now be able to offer this calming chilled space to guests. The driveway is gravelled and wheelchair friendly and guest accommodation is on the ground floor. We would request no smoking or vaping either inside or outside the property. Thank you. Requests for earlier check in (from 3pm) must be requested minimum 24hrs before stay. From 12-2pm incurs a fee £15 per hr and from 3pm £10 per hr and must be requested minimum 24hrs in advance. Earlier than midday, we would advise booking an additional night. Other than snacks provided we ask that no food is consumed in The Studio. We are keen to keep it a haven for all future guests. We would be very happy however for you to sit and eat in our kitchen or in the garden on a fine day. 5% discount on 3 or more nights. Please message for this customised rate.
