Located in the 5th level of a modern tower, The Apartment has three bedrooms with A/C, 3 baths, 2 parking spots,100 Mbps internet, ensuring comfort and convenience. Stay cool with A/C in every room, and take in the beautiful city views. Located near to Plaza Salvador del Mundo and Colonia Escalon, you'll have easy access to the attractions, nightlife spots, malls, supermarkets, banks, dining spots, museums, and entertainment options. The space The apartment has been designed and decorated to offer positive vibes and a relaxed atmosphere for short or long stays in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador. The main room has a walking closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and its own full bathroom (2 people). Room 2 has a closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and its own full bathroom (1 person). Room 3 has a closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and a shared full bathroom (3 people). The deck is great for an evening enjoyment and perhaps a small al fresco dining. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer which you can use as part of your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own supplies for the washing machine and dryer. Let me know if you need any recommendations for nearby stores where you can purchase these items. Guest access Guests have full access to the Condominium amenities: Gym, gardens, meeting room, coworking, living rooms, rooms with TV, among others. Other things to note In case you require water, coffee, fruits, vegetables, food, extra cleaning items, personal items, among others, you will need purchase them in the nearest supermarket, convenience store or through delivery app. Important: -When you have confirmed the reservation, you must send the names and surnames of all the guests with the their identification document. -The Condominium requires the photo of a valid identification document of the confirmed guest, in order to enjoy a more pleasant and hassle-free stay upon arrival. -Visits, pets, parties, events and/or excessive noise are NOT allowed to maintain harmony in the condominium. If an additional cleaning service is needed during your stay, the additional charge is for $30.00 USD. We send a person from our Staff who is in charge of cleaning the accommodation, changing sheets, towels and replacing all basic items (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.), the estimated service time is 4 hours. Also, we kindly ask you to respect our lobby and security guards during your time here. They are here to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, and your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
