Our condo was recently upgraded with new paint, carpet, décor and furnace/heat pump. The A/C during the warmer months keeps you cool but there are also large windows in the living room and bedrooms if you prefer fresh air. Light blocking blinds in both bedrooms. Our condo is 1 1/2 floors above street level with easy in/easy out and no long waits for an elevator. Secure building and garage - only residents have access. There is occasional street car noise but it adds to the ambience of city living! Fast WIFI and cable for lots of viewing enjoyment. You'll have the entire condo to enjoy. Lounge in the sun or enjoy the garden on the perimeter grounds just outside the condo. Pool, hot tub, sauna with shower and dressing space just across the street with key access. Secure parking is underground with a quick elevator ride to your door. I'll be available to offer help (either in person or via phone/message) throughout your stay. Our condo is located in a wonderful, mature neighborhood where you will experience a safe and quiet part of downtown Portland. Enjoy a calming a stroll through nearby gardens on the way to food carts, the waterfront, shopping, Salmon fountain, outdoor markets, restaurants and coffee shops. Want to catch an Off Broadway performance at Keller Auditorium? Walk there in 5 minutes! Three minutes by car and you'll be motoring on the freeway to your next adventure! The street car tram travels on Harrison Street which allows easy access to most parts of Portland. Great biking right out the door as well as walking (and if you're brave, scooters are readily available). Great location for seeing Portland on foot, wheels or public transportation. Guests will enjoy two secure parking spots, one of which provides nice clearance for a van, truck, etc. Free laundry one floor down. Recently remodeled with large capacity washers and dryers. Plenty of w/d so no waiting. Laundry room is secure so no need to wait around while clothes are cycling.
