Just an eight-minute walk from the enchanting waters of Lake Bled, this magnificent property has undergone meticulous renovation over the past five years to create the ultimate "forever getaway" for its owners. Revel in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The Vila Bled apartment with two double bedrooms, each with its own Ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience to all guests. Thoughtfully designed, the bedrooms feature bespoke handmade wooden furniture made from reclaimed timbers, ample storage space, and luxurious mattresses and covers ensuring a restful night's sleep. Step onto the apartment, where a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area welcome you. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glazed doors lead to a terrace overlooking the southern elevation of the villa. The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances. Indulge in the terrace's highlights, including a seating area for relaxation, accommodating up to 6 guests, and a fully equipped barbecue and rotisserie. With its own front door and separate access steps from the driveway, this apartment provides added privacy. Surrounded by a well-maintained garden, The Vila Bled is bordered by woodland and hills on one side, while a row of beautiful trees overlooks the valleys on the other. This location ensures spectacular views, privacy, and a serene ambiance. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment of The Vila Bled alpine house, including all amenities provided within the apartment and the beautiful garden. Make yourself at home and indulge in everything that the house has to offer during your stay. Other things to note Dear guests, We want to inform you about a few policies regarding your stay at The Vila Bled. We kindly ask that you read and respect these policies during your stay: -Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. -The minimum age for guests booking our house is 21 years old. -Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house. -A pre-check-in form must be filled out before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process. -The tourist tax in Slovenia is 3,13 EUR per guest per night and must be paid with a credit card before check-out. Please note that this tax is not included in the rental price. -A security deposit of 300€ must be paid with a credit card up to 3 days before arrival.
