The Inn on the Riverwalk is a charming Bed and Breakfast with thirteen rooms built in 1916. We are the hidden gem in the heart of Downtown San Antonio just steps away from the San Antonio Riverwalk. At this private oasis surrounded by gorgeous greenery you would never know you are a mere eight minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Downtown with a thirteen foot waterfall just down the river that tunes out the noise of the city. The space The Riverwalk Suite got its name from the famous San Antonio Riverwalk! Main Room/ Bathroom: With original hardwood floors the Riverwalk suite is right on the first floor for easy access where you'll enjoy walking into a room of windows where natural light illuminates the room. Each window has gorgeous views of the Riverwalk. This suite has air conditioning and heating for you to adjust to your perfect temperature after a long day in the city. The room features: - A Riverwalk view - A queen sized bed - Soft cotton sheets and pillows - Two bedside nightstands - A table and two chairs for a comfortable laptop friendly work space with a view - A 32' LED HD TV with cable -Turkish cotton waffle robes - Plush cotton towels - A private in- suite stand up shower - Hair Dryer - Shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion/ and soaps - Retro black and white floor tile in bathroom Open Adjoining Room: This suite also has an adjoining room that is quaint and cozy. This room gives you beautiful views outside every window. This room features: - A Riverwalk View - A twin bed - Mini in room refrigerator - A beautiful antique wardrobe with hangers, iron and ironing board Cleaning Service: We also offer to you the option to allow our staff to freshen up your room each afternoon so you can return from a day of exploring or business to crisp sheets and fresh towels. Guest access We encourage you to take advantage of the entire home. We welcome you to sit back and relax on the large decks and wrap around patios with amazing views of the Riverwalk and the San Antonio Skyline. Our dining area is always open as a work space or for a cup of complimentary coffee, hot tea, iced water, and snacks at any time. We serve a complimentary made to order hot and delicious breakfast cooked fresh right in front of you every morning with fresh eggs from our famous chickens on property! Enjoy breakfast inside or let us serve you out on the deck on a beautiful sunny morning. We are a keyless property! No need to worry about losing a key because each guest is provided with their own individual access code for all the doors including your private suite. Other things to note Complimentary parking is provided with the Inn's private parking lot. Our property is not equip with elevators or ramps. To get to our first floor rooms there are still a short flight of stairs to climb coming up to the house. We are also inspected and certified by the Texas Bed and Breakfast Association.
