The “Lütte Landhuus” is located in the countryside near Oersberg in the Kappeln area (about 4.3 miles from Kappeln Schlei) and offers views over the fields. It is the ideal base for cycling trips to the Angeln region, the Schlei area, and the Baltic Sea coast. The over 1,000 m² garden, with its old trees, invites you to linger. Whether in the beach chair, on the covered terrace, or on the sun lounger. For even more coziness in the outdoor area, a barbecue grill and fire pit are available to you. The garden is completely enclosed. The 62-m² house is lovingly furnished in a country house style and offers comfortable living in all seasons. The covered terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen. After your walks, you can warm up by the wood-burning stove with a hot cup of tea. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and dining. The living room, with its tried-and-true sofa and two large wicker armchairs, is also a cozy space for reading and watching TV. The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a rain shower faucet, is the ideal way to start your vacation day. There are two separate bedrooms. One with a small living area, which is also equipped with two wicker armchairs, a table, and a small TV. The bed is both a sofa and a double bed at the same height, with high-quality 24-cm (9.5-inch) mattresses, and can be made up as an extra bed if needed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a nightstand. The beds are 1.6 m x 2.0 m, each with two mattresses.
