With the Kia Center, Exploria Stadium, Camping World Stadium, Downtown Orlando, & Dr. Phillips Center all being within a 5 minute drive, this home away from home serves as your perfect launch pad for all things Orlando! The space Free Parking: Upon arrival we provide free parking spaces towards to the back of the home and along the side on the grass. You may park on the street as well for free of cost. Easy Access: Self check-in with Smart lock access for main entry at the front of the home and bedroom entry. Complimentary: We offer a stocked snack bar with various healthy and tasty treats and beverages. Whether you crave something sweet or savory, there are plenty of options to choose from, and everything is included in the price of your stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, Full size washer/dryer, Dinnerware, Cookware, Utensils, etc Convenient Entertainment: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV in living room and 55 inch TV w/ Roku in the bedroom There are HAND-PAINTED Murals throughout the home, perfect for an uplifting and radiant atmosphere. The room itself is very cozy and private with space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. There is also a closet and dresser for personal belongings as well as disposable slippers to increase your comfort. There is one bathroom in the home and it is detached across the hall in which may be shared with other guests occupying the other rooms. Guest access Guests have access to the laundry kitchen and living room as well for their own use and leisure. Parking is free as long as no vehicles take up the main driveway. It is a long and shared with the neighbors so it is important that they have access to pass through as well. Street parking is available along the front of the home. All downtown attractions are walking distance. If you prefer, scooters and wheelies are widely available. I can recommend the best apps to use to find scooters within the zone. Uber is fast and convenient and available to take you anywhere in central FL Other things to note The Neighborhood: Parramore is a historic African-American neighborhood in Orlando, known for its revitalization and vibrant attractions like Kia Center, Exploria Stadium, and more. Colorful street art, soul food restaurants, and a National Register Historic District add to its charm. Close to Kia Center, with a local organic farm nearby. New construction projects underway, just 1 mile from Downtown Orlando's Central Business District. As a professional artist, I've created numerous murals in the area and built strong relationships with the community. My studio's convenient location adds to the benefits.
