Quiet, close to everything (UC, bus, BART)

Comfy double bed, lots of light, close to everything but street ends on my block so no through traffic- really quiet!! Close to UC! Less than 2 miles. Drive or walk 6 mins to BART or 2 minutes to direct UC bus. Walk to cafes, restaurants, outdoor beer garden, markets, stores, shopping, parks. Or hang out on the deck overlooking the garden to read, eat, relax. Near UC! 1.5 miles. Drive or direct bus 2 min. walk or BART a 6 min. New super fast internet! Flexibility with check-in/out. The space Your bedroom has a double bed, lots of closet space, a desk, big dresser, room to unpack your things. You'll have your own bathroom and use of the house. Big kitchen, Hardwood floors, sunny deck off the kitchen, backyard. Happy to answer any questions OR give you privacy (although the room is in our house so we probably will see each other at some point during your visit). A BIG BONUS: Since we live in the house, there are all the supplies you need to enjoy your stay. Cooking supplies, chairs if you go to beach, blankets to have a picnic in one of our beautiful parks, fresh veggies from the garden in the summer/fall. Visiting UC Berkeley? Drive the 2 miles, or take the bus on our corner (direct to UC!) or walk 6 minutes to BART (one stop). Visiting SF? BART is 20 minute ride. Convenient to lots of tourist attractions, too. Guest access This neighborhood has the highest walking scores in the Bay Area. Parking is literally the BEST: driveway and/or the street has NO PARKING PERMITS needed, no restrictions except one time a month street cleaning. Very unusual in Berkeley.
