It is with great pleasure that I make this beautiful space available to people who are looking for a safe and cozy environment to stay on the island of Itaparica. The house is located close to bakeries, supermarkets, a savings bank, pharmacies, bars and shops. References: - 100 meters from Ubaldo Osorio Pimentel Square. - 600 meters from the wonderful "Praia do Brasileirinho" and the Manguezal restaurant. - 900 meters from the Bica fountain and the historic center. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. The space The property is divided into 2 houses. The house I make available for lodging is the one on the upper floor. My mother (Professor Irene), the real host, lives in the downstairs house. A welcoming, quiet lady, a native of the island. The house is well equipped and has a balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: Double box bed + single bed. In addition, the sofa is large and serves perfectly as a single bed. Other things to note During the New Year holidays, "independence of the island" and carnival, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
