This property is close to downtown GJ, farmer's markets, and local medical facilities. Bring your bikes along to experience world renowned mountain bike trails in Fruita and Grand Junction or road bike the Tour Of The Moon which picks up 1 block away from the doorstep. Bring your hiking boots or trail runners to cover some distance with the National Monument access 1 mile away or take a short drive to Palisade's wine tasting opportunities and you-pick-it orchards.
