Use of modern bathroom (inc a bath if you fancy relaxing), spacious kitchen and lounge, garden and parking. In the suburbs of Wakefield (commutable to Leeds) & surrounded by lots of picturesque walks and pubs - perfect if you want to grab something to eat or drink. Hopefully see you soon! Other things to note Note: a Ring doorbell is in use but it only covers the front garden and drive (nowhere inside the house)
