The space This place is in the back of the host's home, with private bathroom, separate entrance. It share a wall with the main house, but no doors (you can occasionally hear family). It's a small space but it has everything you need besides a kitchen but you can still make it work. Comfortable queen size bed (green tea memory foam mattress) and unique beautiful decorations as the photos. Perfect for traveling couple, friends. Amenities have been provided including: clean bedding, smart TV(50-inch), AC & heater, fridge, microwave, mini oven, white noise machine, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hairdryer, fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel... Free tea, coffee and snacks. (Breakfast is not provided) Guest access No laundry room (2min drive or 10min walk to laundry shop). No kitchen but you have amenities as photos enough for preparing food & drinks. Other things to note 🔴 Only 2 persons are allowed to stay in the place. Please count your children in your numbers. 🔴 Street sweeping takes place every Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please note that street parking in the neighborhood requires a parking permit. A driveway parking spot will be available for you, just contact us if you’d like to use it. 🟢 We offer wifi for text, call, watching TV/youtube only. We don't recommend our wifi for game online, online conference or professional working. 🟢The neighborhood is average but safe and close to the central areas. 🟢 It's a bedroom on the other side of the wall. So we tried to soundproof as best we can but you still hear the family time to time. HOUSE RULES +When you staying: ❌ NO DRUG, no visitors, no substitute guests, no party or loud music. (we have to evict you if any violations happen) ❌ The toilet is sensitive and may clog easily, so kindly avoid flushing toilet paper or other materials. ✔️ Keep quiet when going in and out. ✔️ Lower noise from 11PM to 7AM. ✔️ NO SMOKING inside. (u can smoke outside) ✔️ NO SHOES inside (keep your shoes in the storage box at the front door) ✔️ NO PETS ✔️Be careful with all decorations. If break or damage anything, please let the host know. ✔️Turn off the light, AC, heater, TV when you leave the room. ✔️ The homeowner & host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or personal property belonging to guests. ✔️ Host may ask for a copy of your ID upon arrival. +When you check out: ✔️ Check out in time (11AM), please.
