Gîte de maraysse

Immerse yourself in the Parc des Baronnies. The cottage is in the countryside, at the foot of the Mountain named Maraysse, hence the name of the cottage. Stunning views of the valley. You will be close to many famous activities in the area: climbing 30 minutes away, paragliding 30 minutes away, hiking including one behind the cottage, mountain biking, ski resorts 50 minutes away, swimming 10 minutes away and fishing 15 minutes away. The nearest shops are 10 minutes away (bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop, restaurants) The space The cottage is located upstairs, with direct access through the veranda which faces south. You then enter the dining area which opens onto the open kitchen (with a senseo and raclette machine for the winter😊), on your right a 1st bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, a wardrobe with mirror, a library filled with books for all ages as well as board games. Adjacent to the dining room, the living room with its 2 mahogany armchairs, its large sofa, a buffet with a flat screen. Just behind the 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. In a corner of the kitchen you will find the washing machine with storage shelves, the ironing board with the iron. Through a corridor you will access the bathroom with its shower, mirror sink cabinet and toilet. Guest access I live in part of the house with my 2 children. We will have 2 independent entrances but we will share the main courtyard and parking lot. So if you have kids, they can enjoy all the outdoors and the games they'll find there. We won't be intrusive. Other things to note This is a family home that I bought 5 years ago, which I am renovating as I go. My grandfather was born there, it was important to me to keep it. A big challenge for a single woman. You will understand the quirks of the networks due to the geographical location 😅
