Villa Blanca 4 bedrooms and pool in Sidi Kaouki

VILLA BLANCA is located 1 km from Sidi Kaouki Beach and 25 minutes from Essaouira Medina. It is self-sufficient in water and electricity thanks to its drilled well and solar panels. Its 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, its multiple outdoor spaces and its unheated swimming pool make it an ideal place combining calm, sweetness of life and direct proximity to the Ocean. The space VILLA BLANCA covers 160 m2 on one level, on a plot of 1 hectare, 500 m2 of which are dedicated to the swimming pool and outdoor meals. The very large 70 m2 living room was designed by an architect, and offers a very nice ceiling height. It houses a large kitchen equipped for cooking, a dining table for 10 people, a living room open to the outside and a beautiful fireplace and relaxation area. VILLA BLANCA has 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and toilet. Measuring between 15 and 19 m2, they allow direct access to the outdoors via the bay window. Two bedrooms offer 160 cm double beds, while two others have two 90 cm beds, separable or not. The exterior of the Villa benefits from a large swimming pool, garden furniture with parasols, dining area, stone pizza oven + barbecue and a wind-sheltered rest area. Enough to enjoy the sun all year round. Parties or any other loud events are not allowed at Villa Blanca. Guest access You will have full and private access to the entire Villa Blanca and its grounds. You won't have access to the technical room. Other things to note No parties or other sound events are allowed at the Villa. The pool is not heated. Please note that there are no garbage cans in Sidi Kaouki: you will be responsible for transporting your garbage on the day of your departure, we will tell you about the garbage cans available in Ghazoua, 10 minutes away by car. If you don't want to take care of it, we'll call a scooter to do it (count 15 euros).
