This perfectly designed property is excellent for couples, friends, executives traveling for work, or those wanting a home away from home stay-cation. This quiet and serene home is perfectly positioned right by the lake with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large open kitchen. A caretaker will meet you to hand over the keys and additionally we do have a smart lock on the side door. The code will be provided on the day of arrival. One of the hosts or a caretaker will be available Marinas and a public boat launch nearby. Near Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Dallas, Richardson, Garland Pier 121 Marina is a 12 min. drive (5 miles) & Stewart Creek Fishing Pier is 9 min. drive (3.2 miles). The Marina has a great sports bar, other eateries & grocery are nearby. This house can host up to 9 guests, however to make it accessible to smaller groups we set up a base price for 3 guests to start with and $35 for each additional guests per night.
