LAKEFRONT TRANQUIL GETAWAY! Relax in this unique, calm, traditional new home on Lake Lewisville in the Colony, TX. This is a calm and serene atmosphere to unwind by the lake and a perfect nook for boating and fishing. This perfectly designed property is excellent for couples, friends, executives traveling for work, or those wanting a home away from home stay-cation. The space This quiet and serene home is perfectly positioned right by the lake with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large open kitchen. Guest access A caretaker will meet you to hand over the keys and additionally we do have a smart lock on the side door. The code will be provided on the day of arrival. Other things to note This house can host up to 9 guests, however to make it accessible to smaller groups we set up a base price for 3 guests to start with and $35 for each additional guests per night. Strictly no additional guests are allowed other than listed in the booking or mentioned in booking alteration. If you have any questions about the appliances or the local area please give us a ping.
