The space You'll have a spacious beachy suite with its own entrance and private courtyard. Your beautiful suite consists of 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and a spacious closet, plus a comfortable flex space with a bistro table & adorable 2 chairs as well as 2 cozy swivel chairs and a TV. For your convenience there is an air fryer, microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge, all completely separate from the rest of the house where we reside. Your private full bathroom has a step in shower and natural light. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & blow dryer are provided for your convenience. Guest access Casa Tropicana has its own private entrance on the left side of the property. You'll enter through a privacy fence gate. You'll have a wide staircase to your immediate right (about 3 steps) leading to your private entrance. You can come and go as you please. During your stay Since your space is separated from the rest of the house you'll have 100 % privacy. Other things to note This suite suits 2 adults and 1 child and is equipped with a portable/foldable children's bed. Casa Tropicana is a short 10 minute drive to Treasure Island beach and its abundance of beachy restaurants and bars. We're only 25 minutes from Tampa Intl. Airport and 21 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. Stores, entertainment and restaurants and bars are a super short drive away. While our cute neighborhood is tucked away it is conveniently close to all amenities you might want. Adorable and charming Gulfport is only 2.5 miles from the property.
