We have you covered on beach equipment, wagon, chairs, towels and umbrella. The backyard boasts a relaxing, beautiful escape with resort style touches. We have a gas grill to cook your catch, a high powered outdoor fan, and comfy seating in the shade. The house is freshly modernized, open and airy. You will enjoy an outfitted kitchen. There's an outdoor shower for your sandy toes and we have a full-size stacked washer and dryer outside. The bedroom is tranquil and quiet. Ready to give you all the rest and relaxation you need. The dining table sits with expansive views into the yard, including a frequently visited bird feeder. The living room is open and spacious, with a generous TV including many subscriptions for your wind down times. Our kitchen is well stocked with essentials and ready for any culinary delight! Guest access Enjoy the entire home and tropical grounds. Our driveway has ample parking. There's a nice large yard, perfect for bird watching. The back yard is completely fenced with plenty of deck space to lounge, a gas grill to cook out or just enjoy your leisure time in the swinging chairs. Don't be afraid of the heat back there, we provide a high powered fan to keep you cool and comfortable. The backyard is planted with native plants and decorated beautifully, ready for you! A private stacked washer and dryer and your own outdoor shower sit just out your backdoor. Other things to note We are dog friendly, there is a 100.00 non refundable fee. Please pick up after your sweet furbabies. We ask that you respect our furnishings. If your pet has been at the dog beach (the best!) or frolicking in the yard or park across the street, feel free to use the outdoor shower for Fido too! If you are planning on bringing pets, please just send me a message. We don't want to surprise the cleaning crew and we definitely don't want to surprise you with the pet fee.
