The unit is set up to maximize convenience for its guests by coming with a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, grill, large ski-closet and board games/books for entertainment. Villamont townhomes are across the street from a Summit Stage bus stop, so you are close to all the activities Summit County has to offer. The entryway has hooks, a bench and a storage closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. The living area has ample seating for your whole group, a wood burning fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen TV. From the living area, proceed to the dining area where there is a table that comfortably seats 4 with a breakfast bar that seats 2 more. A full bathroom is just off the dining area. The bathroom features tiled countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout. The door to the deck is just off the kitchen. There is a private gas grill and small backyard area with renowned hiking trails within walking distance from the back yard. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and body length mirror. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin size trundle below as well as a sitting area and two closets. The upstairs bathroom features a double sink vanity with tiled countertops and a shower/tub combination. The sink area is separated by a door from the shower area for added privacy and convenience. The stackable washer/dryer combination is also upstairs in the hallway closet. World Class Ski Resorts Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all between a 20-40 min drive. There is also a free bus that will take you all around the county with a stop right across the street. We know how burdensome it can be to travel with all of your pet’s accessories, so we have provided complimentary dog bowls, and poop bags to make your pooch’s stay as comfortable as yours. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays.
