The flat is sunny in the afternoons , has a balcony plus a roof top pool & modern gym. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples. The flat has free Wi-Fi,smart TV plus a well-equipped kitchen. There are well-maintained lifts for easy access to the flat on 5th floor. JKIA airport is very close using the expressway. The space This is a modern flat with built-in kitchen appliances including a washer/drier and a swimming pool and gym! The bedroom has a comfy seat and access to a private balcony that receives the afternoon sun! It also has a study desk in case you need to work from home. The property is also safe with 24/7 security guards manning the property and also access controls in place within the building. There is also free covered parking in the building. Guest access You will access the entire apartment and all the amenities the apartment block offers such as the pool, gym and games rooms and roof top bbq area. Please note you will need the access card to access and you will get this at check in. Security at the apartment block is also very tight so the apartment block is very safe. Other things to note Please note the flat is self locking so make sure to carry your key when leaving as you can lock yourself out. We do have spares but just a tip to be careful about this! We also have a Management office on 3rd floor who help to take care of the premises all week round (closed on Sundays) but we are always available to assist with anything. We have a smart tv but for Netflix and other channels kindly do utilize your own accounts for the same 🙏🏾.
