Relax, unwind and step away from every day life at our beach house located right on Quiver Beach. Enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets, fishing and kayaking or just soak up the nature whilst relaxing on the private beach. Whether you’re looking for a get away from city life, a get together with friends or want to enjoy some quality time with family, the Quiver Lake Beach House is the perfect place that can be enjoyed any time of year! The space As soon as you step in, you will be welcomed by the open floor plan with amazing views of the lake from the open kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a fully enclosed porch. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1- queen bed Bedroom 2- queen bed Bedroom 3- full bed The house comfortably sleeps and accommodates 6 guests. There is an extra futon/convertible couch that can sleep 2 additional people. (Please contact us if your party is larger than 6) Additional bed sheets, covers and pillows are provided. There is a small deck to the side of the property with a grill, table and chairs, and the stairway leading to the fire pit area and the private beach. We strive to provide all the necessities to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. With your stay comes: *Private beach with full access (water levels vary) *Fire pit with roasting sticks and option to grill (some firewood provided) *Grill maintained by guests *Patio table and chairs *Beach chairs *Indoor and outdoor games *Reading books *Kid’s toys and books *Smart tv (cable tv included) *Fully equipped kitchen Please note that the beach is maintained and cleaned during the main season(May-September); during the off season, it may become grassy Guest access Guest will have access to the house, patio, front and back yards and the private beach (water levels vary depending on weather and season). Please note, the garage and basement are locked and not available for guest use. Other things to note Although we welcome kids to enjoy the house and the beach, please note that the house is not child proofed. The house is on a hill and the stairs down to the beach are very steep and narrow. The house is directly on the lake and adult supervision is required at all times. We try to keep the beach as clean as possible during the season, but highly recommend water shoes at the beach and in the water. As the Illinois River connects directly to the lake, water levels can vary throughout the year and deposit debris onto the beach. We have the outdoors treated but being directly on the lake and surrounded by trees and nature does attract a lot of bugs. Please be aware of this and come prepared.
