Big house in Stockholm

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with plenty of room for fun. The house is located at the top of a mountain with sun and view! 10 min walk to commute and city center! Take the commuter train to Central Stockholm in about 15 minutes. Bathing for about 5 minutes. We have Sauna, a small gym, ping pong table, large patio and room for 8 plus 2 or more on the sofa. Note, in the basement there is a small apartment where we have a tenant who has no access to the house in general. The space The house is 300 m2 of living space plus a 55 m2 garage for play and training. The house is located with the terrace facing. From 2 pm until the sun goes down, you have the sun on the balcony. There is another balcony at the top with a view into Stockholm city center. From the other side you can see the lake(sea) Edsviken. And have the sun there in the morning. Guest access In the house there is a small apartment at the bottom. That's where a tenant lives. From the apartment you can not access the rest of the house as it is completely separate. You have access to a large parking lot with the ability to park 2-3 cars. Toys located at the front are free to play with, PS4 and three large TVs are available as well as fiber(500mbit). Other things to note In the house, there is a secluded apartment at 25 m2. It is not possible to access the apartment from the house and vice versa. There's nothing that would disturb you as it's in the basement. Patio, balcony, deck, you have to yourselves!
