The property is located in the center of Palermo (Restricted-Traffic Area), a few steps from the main attractions of the city such as Piazza Pretoria and the historic Vucciria market. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a builiding with NO lift (38 steps). The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob - 2 burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table and double sofa bed; - BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed (pouf), smart TV (32 inches), clothes stand and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet; - BALCONY (15 sqm). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer and soundproof windows. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance. ATTENTION: there may be noise due to renovation work in progress in the building. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00 EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00 EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30 Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
