Villa Monferrina is our country house, located in Vaglio Serra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, nestled in the hills of Barbera Superiore and offers breathtaking views every time of the day/year. The wonderful and bright villa enjoys a private pool, a spacious porch under which to enjoy delicious local treats, taste excellent wines and enjoy the tranquility and silence that characterize the exclusive garden, filling the view of unique landscapes The space Villa Monferrina is on three levels. On the ground floor, from the main door directly from the garden, you access the living area: a double living room with fireplace, 55-inch TV and dining room with windows from which you can admire the rolling hills. Also on the ground floor there is the large living kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the small appliances for daily use (immersion blender, electric whips, kettle, Nespresso, juicer, toaster...). Attached to the kitchen is a very comfortable laundry area (with a large service sink, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and steam iron). The floor is completed by a pleasant walk-in closet and a bathroom complete with shower. Going up to the first floor there is a study area with a desk, a large bookshelf with volumes of any kind, board games and a hobby-relax area with table football and Knoll armchairs by Marcel Breuer (all original from the era). Continuing, there is the first large Bellavista suite with a wonderful studio with double exposure and panoramic view, a double bed and Piedmontese antique furniture. Inside the room there is also a very spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom complete with a bath and shower in the countryside style. Also on the second floor, from the hobby area, you access an area separated by a door where there are two other rooms, Romantica and Barbera, which share a large bathroom also complete with bathtub and shower, all overlooking the garden and the hills of the upper Barbera. On the top floor is the Tower: a suite with double bed, comfortable walk-in closet, bathroom in room complete with shower and a very large terrace on which to relax and admire the view at any time of the day. Nature walks, horseback riding and pleasant bike tours accompany the stay throughout the year; in autumn, the area is enriched with a rare and precious delicacy: the white truffle. Bed linen, towels and shower mats are provided by a professional industrial laundry, which guarantees washing and sanitizing to high quality standards. The property is designed as an authentic country house, surrounded by nature. The large swimming pool with variable depth is not equipped with child protection systems.
