This room also has a futon that fits one person comfortably. Second Floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, laundry room & a cozy workspace/sleeping area. The first bedroom upstairs has a comfy full size bed and a set of equally comfy full size bunk beds. Store your personal belongings in the closet with hangers. This room also has 55" Smart TV. Walk out into the hall and a designated work space is duel purpose to get work done and also has a futon for lounging or sleeping. The Primary Bedroom provides a peaceful & calming experience when you walk in. The queen bed has side tables and reading lamps to encourage some late evening reading. Walk-In Closet space with hangers & shelves to store your items and a 55" Smart TV. This room has a walk out balcony with stunning views & cozy rocking chairs to relax in. We’ve also added a desk that sits in front of the upper deck in case you want to take calls & meetings from your bedroom, while overlooking the lake. To encourage fully disconnecting from a busy day the bedroom is equipped with an electric fireplace & the master bath has a soaking tub to relax in. The master bath is also stocked with two robes, two sets of slippers, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, & calming bath salts for your needs. Also on second floor is laundry room with new washer/dryer stocked with detergent pods and dryer sheets. We have provided a clothing steamer, iron & ironing board with plenty of counter space for folding clothes. Guests will have full access to the home, deck and large backyard Our home is on Long Lake, a 575-acre large natural lake in central Kalamazoo County. It lies within the boundaries of the City of Portage. The surrounding lake area is well-developed. It is the fourth-largest lake in the county and is an all-sports lake (jet ski, boating). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with neighbors respectful of one another's property. This is why we have quiet hours as part of our House Policy and appreciate your compliance.
