All furnishings were sourced new for this listing. The décor is artful and eclectic with a mix of prints, art, craft and there is a small front porch with two chairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable modern queen bed and hybrid memory-foam innerspring mattress and comfort fit topper along with a small walk-in closet. The large desk has plenty of space to work from and the ergonomic office chair is designed for long periods of sitting and working comfortably. The easy access ensuite bathroom is equipped with towels and toiletries. The dining nook has a bar height table and padded chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size fridge with ice maker, microwave oven, fast induction cooktop, small oven/toaster, dishes, silverware, glassware, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee/tea's, and assorted food sundries etc. A new washer / dryer is in the unit for the exclusive use of the guest.
