It is an entirely separate unit with a private patio. You'll be surrounded by beautiful decor in this nicely appointed unit. The kitchen is equipped with nearly new full size appliances, a microwave, keurig and all the dishes, pots and pans you'll need. There is no dishwasher. In the living room, kick back in the power recliner as you watch your favorite show on the 55 inch smart tv or cuddle up on the small sofa. The bedroom sports a beautiful queen bed with a brand new mattress and there's plenty of room in the walk in closet to hang up your things. The bathroom has a walk in shower for ease and a washer/dryer combo for convenience. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private patio in front of it.
