Penthouse @ Mawi Summers is special because of its: - Modern and eclectic decor - Contemporary interiors with chic furnishings - Relaxing interiors for guests to unwind - Proximity to Arambol Beach THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom situated on the second floor of the property overlooking the beautiful Village of Arambol The room offers queen-sized beds, extra sofa beds, Wi-Fi, and an electric kettle This bedroom is also with an ensuite bathroom. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA The living room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, and a fully functional music system. With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The air-conditioned dining room is also part of the living area and can easily seat up to 6 people. BATHROOMS There is 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom. The common bathroom is on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating or to make tea, coffee, and instant noodles. Cooking elaborate meals is not allowed. It is equipped with a microwave, hot plate, refrigerator and a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access The guests have access to their room (penthouse) and common areas. There are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests can access only 1 room. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
