Multicultural and bohemian in its own special way, Kypseli is a wonderful area to explore, with a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural meeting points. The space Hello Homey! Comfortable and tasteful private room on the 4th floor in a two -room apartment in a well-organized and well-kept apartment building, located in Victoria Square, in the center of Athens. The room has a double bed, private living room, a desk,wardrobe, and air conditioning.The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 30-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Victoria metro station is only 5-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops 3 minutes away from the apartment are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. The apartment is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! Guest access There is access to all common areas (dining rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony). A necessary condition for living together with other guests is the maintenance of cleanliness in the common areas, for this:1. Keep your personal belongings in your room, 2. Keep the bathroom clean after using it, 3. Wash the cooking utensils and dishes after using them, 4 Respect the communal quiet hours.
