A nineteenth century mansion in Champagne

The space On the ground floor, the house has a large kitchen, an adjacent dining room, a lounge, a laundry room and separate toilet all served by a large corridor through. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine and all necessary dishes. In the living room there is an audio system for listening to music, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Several card and society games such as Monopoly and Cluedo are available to visitors. Wifi is available throughout the house as well as in a part of the garden. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms, one with its own shower room and a large bathroom with toilet. The beds are composed of 2 double beds (160 cm) and 4 single beds. Equipment suitable for babies and young children are available on request (crib, high chair, etc ...). There are also 2 extra beds possible on the ground floor. The house has a courtyard and a walled garden of 1300 m2 facing south west and equipped with chairs, tables and sunbathing. Games for children (swing and slide) are installed in the garden.. Some buildings accessible from the garden are under renovation. It is possible to enter two cars in the yard. There are also parking spaces a few steps away from the town hall square. Other things to note We speak French, English and we will be available for any questions you may have during your stay. Guests will be provided with housekeeping every week or more upon request. All towels, linens, and sheets will be provided by us.
