Other things to note Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is a good idea for accessing the property. Like 99% of the roads in Costa Rica, the approach is unpaved, consisting of dirt and rock and can occasionally feature potholes that are easier to navigate with a 4x4. During the rainy season, the road conditions may be more challenging. Overall, I recommend a 4x4 for all travel within Costa Rica. We take great pride in our home and believe you will love it too. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for family and friends, we kindly request that no parties be held on the premises. We provide weekly pool maintenance and gardening services, and additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Furthermore, Costa Rica is home to various insect species, including scorpions, which are not poisonous. While we fumigate the property regularly and it is newly constructed, please be aware that occasional insects may enter the house due to our jungle location. We do our utmost to manage this situation; however, encountering bugs from time to time is inevitable. Once again, rest assured that the scorpions are harmless.
