Featuring out-the-door hiking trails, HUGE deck overlooking the forest/valley, small hot tub, and cozy interior, this is an adorable home with enclosed fencing that maximizes its space. 1 mile to Jenkinson Lake, close to Apple Hill and local wineries, and less than an hour from South Lake Tahoe. This unique/relaxing space will help you make memories to last! The space Please make yourself at home! We use this home for our own vacations and are excited for you to do the same. You are welcome to use the pots/pans/spices if you’d like to cook, washer/dryer if you need to do laundry, TV if you’d like some entertainment, and hot tub to relax! Our WIFI is excellent throughout the home, with smart lighting inside/outside. We have a HUGE deck for you to relax on, and plenty of tables/lounging options. The deck/yard/home are all completely enclosed so that you will have plenty of privacy. FYI - One thing to note is that the stairs to the top floor are spiral and relatively steep (especially the indoor stairs). Should be fine, but may be a bit of a challenge with luggage. If you decide to explore, there are hiking/mountain biking trials walking from our home. We are also less than a mile from Jenkinson Lake. We are ~15 minutes from Apple Hill, ~20 minutes from Placerville, ~45 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, and ~15 minutes to MANY great area wineries.
