The condo unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that. Multiple restaurants and shops located all along "the golden mile" of A1A Beach Blvd within walking or a quick drive from the condo. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom . Wifi is included. The master bedroom has a King bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one full and one twin trundle bed . Nicely updated unit , and we pride ourselves on our cleanliness of our properties . Kitchen is stocked to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of sun and sea. This complex is a favorite for families and well seasoned St Augustine travelers as it's well maintained and has great amenities and beautifully resort like grounds . 24 hour manned guard house for extra security at the complex. Beach chairs , beach towels provided . Second floor location with elevator access.. Guest access You will have full use of the condo unit during your stay as well as the amenities at the condo complex. This is a second floor unit with elevator access in the building to make bringing luggage, beach toys and groceries easier ! $25 per car per stay parking fee to be paid to association prior to guest arrival (I will send you instructions on how to do this once confirmed ). Other things to note You could do as little or as much as you want , tucked away in the perfect St Augustine Beach location ! You could walk for miles in either direction north or south along the beach and look for shells and shark teeth ! Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the beach in front of this complex ! LIFE IS GOOD on A1A Beach Blvd and this condo is in the heart of the best of everything !! This is a no smoking and no pets permitted property per condo rules. Thanks for your cooperation. A starter pack of laundry detergent , dish soap, dish sponge and also travel size shampoo and conditioner and small bar soaps are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. Two toilet papers provided per bathroom as well. There is a Winn Dixie food store 1/4 mile away from complex for anything you may need .
