Dream of Bjni - dream house with stunning views

This fairy tale house is located in the picturesque Armenian village of Bjni, only 40km from Yerevan. Dream of Bjni is the perfect solution for those who dream of escaping hectic city lifestyles and wish to relax in harmony with nature. The house has a large sitting room and dining area, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, two balconies with stunning views and a large garden with a fire pit. You can also go on day-trips to Aghveran, Tsakhkadzor and Lake Sevan. The space The house includes: A sitting room with dining area An open plan kitchen Two bedrooms with stunning mountain views (both on the second floor) Two bathrooms (on first and second floors) Two balconies with stunning mountain views (on first and second floors) Summer kitchen on the ground floor Big garden Fire pit area Parking space - off street (in our garage) and on street Guest access Entire house If you rent the entire house (two rooms for 2 or 4 persons), you will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the whole property. Other things to note The house is located on a mountain in a rural area, which is a summer holiday location, and the below points must be taken into consideration: 1. shop for food before your arrival as local shops are in the actual village 2. from mid-October to mid-May, there is no running water so we purchase it every day. Hence, it is best to economise if you stay here for longer then just a day or two. 3. the road leading to the house is a narrow village road, which in winter gets covered by snow and you may have to park your car at the beginning of the road and walk to the house. This may sounds like an issue but it is a stunning walk and it feels like you are at one with nature or in a fairy tale.
