Forget your worries in this spacious and serene setting by the water. Our idyllic retreat is nestled among the trees with full access to waterfront on the St. John River Relax and enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on the water soaking up the rays of the rising morning sun and the timeless sunsets from your bed and living room. Experience the beauty and sounds of nature all about you. The space Snowmobilers, Skiers, and ATV’s. Snowmobilers can access the trails right from your front door via the river. ATV’s trail access is 2 minutes away. Skiing the great Crabbe Mountain ski hill is 15 minutes away. We are centrally located between Woodstock and Fredericton, NB and 1 hr from Houlton, Maine USA border. Our nearby town of Nackawic offers a variety of recreational activities as well as watercraft rentals and golfing. Your ensuite is very spacious and uses central air for heat and air conditioning. The entertainment room has river view and also features an electric fireplace for cozy snowy nights. Enjoy a good nights rest in our large bedroom suite with a queen bed overlooking the river, a nice comfortable sofa and office workspace. An iron board/iron is provided as well. Kitchenette features a bar sink, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster/air fryer, Keurig coffee machine and tea kettle. Cutlery and tableware is provided. Dining table seats 2-4 persons. Extra chairs available upon request. Bathroom features a shower, linens and hair dryer. A covered patio table is provided outside as well for dining. Arrangements can also be made for private boat docking during your stay if you need it. For parents travelling with infants a playpen, baby stationery walker, high chair and swing chair is available upon request. Guest access Guest house area is a private setting with a beautiful back yard and access to the water. You also have a private keyless entry. Door entrance is lit with an automatic sensor light when movement is detected. Entrance is ground level, no steps. Other things to note We offer a non smoking and alcohol free environment. Guests are welcome to have visitors but no parties or visitor overnight stays are permitted. Please note: because of close proximity to water on this property it may not be a suitable setting for small children.
