FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA included with the reservation (March 15 - October 31). Come and relax at this peaceful first floor beach front hideaway. This property is located right on the beach in beautiful PCB!! This unit has a king bed, a full kitchen, and first floor patio. It's within walking distance to Gulf World, Pier Park, and many restaurants. It also has a Beachside Café and seasonally heated pool! The space Enjoy meals at your own personal kitchen table with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove and microwave. The condo has one king size bed in the main living area. A full bathroom with a shower!! There is a first-floor patio with seating that faces South for a beautiful view of sunsets each evening. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas such as the pool, grilling areas and our fabulous Flippers were the drinks and refreshments are served!!! Other things to note All photos, calendars and rates are 100% accurate. You will receive the comforts of home with towels, linens and starter supply of soaps and paper products. We make it easy to stay with us!! *NO PETS ALLOWED *The individual making the reservation must be 23 years of age or older and occupy the unit the entire time of the reservation. *This is a SMOKE FREE property. This includes the condo and the balcony. There is a $250 cleaning fee for any violation. *Do not leave the door open and leave the air conditioner running. *Please try to keep as much sand out of the unit as possible by using the outside wash stations to clean feet and toys. * Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting any damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter. *Do not feed the birds! This is a Florida State Law. *Pool hours are 8am-10pm. No lifeguards are on duty. Swim at your own risk. All minors MUST have an accompanying adult. *Grills are available on the West side of the building. Please make sure you clean them after use. Grills are NOT allowed on any balcony. *Quiet time for Continental Condominiums is between 10pm and 8am. *Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property. *All County and State Laws must be followed. *Pest Control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray. *DO NOT hang towels from your balcony railing. *DO NOT throw, pour, spit or otherwise anything from your balcony.
