Other things to note All living spaces are on a main floor and can be accessed without stairs. The washer and dryer are in the basement and there are steps to get to the washer and dryer. The deck does have stairs down to the backyard and hot tub/game area. The backyard can also be accessed without stairs by walking around the house from the front or carport.
