When you stay in this centrally located house, a top vacation is guaranteed. The house is located next to the shopping center on the outskirts of the beautiful Heiloöerbos, where you can enjoy hiking, playing or picnicking. When you cycle through this forest, you can reach historic Alkmaar within 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes by bike, you are on the beach of Egmond aan Zee. A lovely outdoor swimming pool is 5 minutes away. The space The house has a spacious ground floor with a large west-facing garden, giving you sun all day. In the garden, there is a trampoline and a playhouse. In addition, there are plenty of toys, etc. available for children. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. A large bedroom with double bed (180x200), a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (120x200) and another children's room with a bunk bed (130x200). If necessary, we can add an extra bed, everything can be arranged! There is also a nice bathroom with double sink, large walk-in shower and toilet. If you need a baby crib or baby bath, that's no problem! We are happy to help you find a solution! Guest access You have access to all areas of the house, except for the garage. We want to get the house as empty as possible for our tenants, so our stuff is in the garage.
