Now experience the many house upgrades, that you may want to stay. Yet it is just a few minutes away from Disney World Resort's front Door (and to its many theme parks and play areas), the many shops (including Sunset Walk at Margaritaville), and all the many restaurants, and supermarkets along the famous 192. This newly updated, stunning, pool home floor plan provides 2600 sq ft of air-conditioned family living space - vaulted ceilings, landing gallery to the upper floor. This layout is equally suited for single- or two-family parties use. Located on a sunny 11,000 sq ft corner plot, with plenty of clear space to romp on - landscaped on all four sides with lawns, palm trees, and hibiscus shrubs to give an all-year 'splash' of color. The Villa has a large, bright, and airy family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable, sumptuous sofas plus 5 smart TVs - so that you can either watch your favorite movie or listen to the music that you love to hear. We have also installed, for all to use, high-speed internet access, a games room - complete with a pool table, and foosball table. The family room opens out to our oversized pool deck and sparkling waters of our 35 by 15-foot pool with a fountain water feature. At the end of the day relax and soak in the sun on our pool deck furnishings while looking out for rockets in the sky, stay up to date with the rocket launches, and see a red plumb in the sky. Sleeping accommodation at the Villa is arranged to provide a variety of bedroom layouts: the spacious master (end-suite) bedroom has its own sitting and reading room, the bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, plus dresser with smart TV, two walk-in closets, private bathroom with vanity unit (two basins) walk-in shower room and toilet. The other four bedrooms include a second master with an on-suite bathroom, while two offer Queen and two offer dual twin beds. The large dining and breakfast areas can easily accommodate six to eight inside and six outside. The kitchen has been fully equipped with every piece of equipment possible that you could want or need to produce that fabulous family feast or just that quick snack before you 'dash off' to all that fun that Orlando has to offer, right on your doorstep!
