Comfortable 74 sqm house with a private SPA zone (jacuzzi and dry sauna - exclusive, no additional fees). The fenced plot gives you a sense of your own space and privacy. 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a 120x190 cm sofa bed). One of the bedrooms has a panoramic window with a beautiful view. On the terrace there is a gas grill, a large table and 6 chairs and a comfortable rocking chair. Sun loungers and beach screen. 2 parking spaces. The space On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. Kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and induction cooktop. Table and 6 chairs. Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. In the living room, there is a 3-person non-folding sofa, coffee tables, 65-inch TV, and an exit to the terrace. Bedroom 1: bed (160x200 cm), double sofa bed (120x190 cm), TV, dresser, view Bedroom 2: bed (160x200 cm), double sofa bed (120x190 cm), TV, dresser Bathroom with rain shower and dry sauna. Guest access Garden with a hot tub and a terrace. Other things to note The day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. At check-in, you must complete the registration card indicating your details and those of all accompanying persons. Please read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and accept the terms contained therein. At the time of check-in, an additional spa fee in cash of PLN 4.00 (or EUR 1) per person, for each day of stay (also applies to children) and a final cleaning fee of PLN 200 / EUR 50 must be paid. A deposit for any damage in the amount of PLN 2,000/EUR 450 - payable in cash on site at the time of check-in. The deposit is returned after the keys are handed over and the property is found to be in good condition. Due to the need to change the water after previous guests - the jacuzzi may not reach the expected temperature on the day of check-in. During your stay, the water in the hot tub is not changed. It is the responsibility of each user to rinse the entire body in the shower before each entry into the jacuzzi. Glassware cannot be used in the jacuzzi. Faults in the House should be reported immediately after collecting the keys on the day of arrival. Failure to report means no faults and damage found. In the event of damage/fault, the Owner must be notified immediately. By 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of the end of the stay, you must leave the House, leaving it in a non-deteriorated, cleaned and return all keys to the Owner or an authorized person. Cleaning on the part of the Lessee includes emptying the refrigerator/freezer, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, taking out the garbage to dedicated containers, in accordance with the rules of waste segregation, cleaning up after animals. In the event of non-compliance with the above-mentioned obligation, the Owner may charge the Renter an additional cleaning fee of PLN 200. - no bachelorette/bachelor parties - no smoking - no frying fish - waste segregation
