The space The peculiarity of the house is the large living room, which is very bright and airy, and incorporates the kitchen through a glass door and the terrace, which overlooks the sea, making it a very pleasant space to live in. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pool in the summer months (June 15 - September 18). Use of the pool is free. The tennis court is available throughout the year, subject to reservation with minimum costs (€10.00 per hour, for 2/4 players). Ultra-fast wifi (fiber optics) available in the house, free of charge. Other things to note As of this year, the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house is equipped with condominium parking (not private) in the areas demarcated by a yellow line and with the writing "CIV 10" - free. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, the prices published are for 4 guests and in the case of 5 or 6 guests, there are additional costs.
