"Lisas stuga", Sandskogen in Ystad.

This cozy cottage is located on the first exit road into beautiful Sandskogen. Despite its central location, the cottage is nestled in a beautiful forest environment. Ystad's famous sandy beach is only about 400 meters away and the way there is a joy to walk via winding forest paths. It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. Welcome to my paradise, Lisa's cottage close to both the city and the beach, walking distance to and get to experience all the cozy things Ystad has to offer. The space This is tiny living on a more comfortable level. 29 newly renovated but well-used square meters, together with a practical outdoor environment, make this a magnificent summer hangout. I live in a small place myself, and recommend people to try it. The advantages are many, not least when it's time to clean 🤗 Guest access You can easily get to the cabin by car. If you arrive by train or boat, it will take you about 10 minutes to walk to the cabin. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach over 75% of all of Ystad's restaurants. Just 200 meters from the cottage, you have a Preem gas station with basic supplies and various breakfast packages. Another 600 meters away is an ICA grocery store and several different electric car charging stations. A better location to be able to explore beautiful Ystad will be hard to beat in such a beautiful forest environment. Other things to note This small cozy cottage is newly renovated with most of the amenities a modern house has to offer. It is intended for 2 people, but if there is room in the heart, there is room for 4 people. However, it is worth noting that the water heater is 55 liters, and that the two single beds in the sleeping loft have a simpler mattress, intended for children. Ceiling fan is available. If you want to use A/C, heat pump in summer, it is available for an additional fee (advance payment for the entire electricity cost)
