Enjoy private access to the stream. This spot has some of the best fishing holes on one of the best trout streams in NY. Take a beautiful hike nearby as well! Newly furnished, large wrap around deck with stream view, full kitchen, outdoor fireplace and grill. Please note fireplace is non functioning The space Located directly on the stream with private access for fishing and swimming. One of the best fishing runs on the entire stream. Beautiful streamside firepit with chairs and hammock for summertime stores. Large wrap around deck with propane grill, picnic table and view of stream. 15 minutes to Belleayre Mountain and 20 minutes to Hunter Mountain. 15 minutes to Woodstock. Small desk for work area if needed (personal computer needed - very strong wifi). Firepit, BBQ and picnic table. Inside fire place is non- functional. Cottage is located next to residential house and camper site (in the summer). All three locations share the same driveway but are separated by fences, have their own parking and feel totally secluded. Limited cell phone service as exists anywhere in the area. House is just off of route 28 leading to easy traveling but also has some road noise. This noise is drowned out by the sounds of the stream when outback! Guest access Guests have access to area surrounding house and outback to the stream. Front lawn is off limits.
