The 4th bedroom is the theater room which has an elegant and discreet queen murphy bed with drawers and closet. The house sleeps up to 8 people (4 couples, 2 to a bed) and for events two more spaces on a cloud couch. We can always provide extra cots for children, the amount of guests is not a problem. All the property, you accept the risk for yourselves and children around the pond, pool, and rivers. You can call us anytime we have a huge staff of people who can take care of any problems or give recommendations or book outings. We are available 24/7 to respond to all your requests. We are also able to book you any type of excursion or amenity you need, whether you need a Birkin Bag, a helicopter, or a fishing boat, we can do anything. You will tell the truth about who is staying at the property as we are ok with get togethers but open house parties with unidentified individuals will not be allowed and are subject to cancellation with no refund. By accepting this booking we reserve the right to cancel with due notice (and attempt to find you another one of our properties) if someone books a seasonal vacation with us that overlaps with your stay. This will never occur while you are already staying in the house unless you negotiate a relocation with us to one of our other properties (we have 10+).
