Other things to note The property has a nice location on the field with a view over forest and agricultural land. On terrace with pool on side it’s a very Good sunny conditions where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening all day long . The home is located in a newer, established and child-friendly housing estate in Lund approx. 1.5 km from the center of Spydeberg that includes few stores , pharmacy,bakeries,2 gyms and 3 food stores. Closest food store from house is 1.4 km Rema 1000 or Coop Extra. Closest city’s then Oslo for shopping or bigger things to do is Askim 10 min or Ski 20 min by driving with car .
