The suite is located in a building that has all the security for your peace of mind. Upon entering the apartment you have in the same environment, the american style kitchen, the dining room and the living room, which are oriented in front of a wonderful floor to ceiling window to enjoy the view. The space is comfy and cozy, specially decorated with beautiful plants and scented candles to inspire peace and harmony. Books and Yoga articles are available for you. For work, the dining table is ideal. The room is spacious, warm and minimalist, has a high definition television with quality sound to enjoy watching your favorite movie or series. To organize your clothes and personal items you have a spacious walking closet that leads to the bathroom, comfortable and with a spectacular shower. The space is all for you. I will be happy to answer your questions and concerns whenever you need. The apartment is located in a strategic location in the north central area of Quito, near the Carolina Park, the Guayasamin Tunnels and the most recognized shopping centers of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to move around, with access to different means of transportation. Inside the building you have a private parking in case you have your own car. Just one block away you have the Metrovía that runs along Av. 6 de diciembre and in the surrounding streets there are bus stops to take this transportation service. The suite does not have a kitchen, but has an oven and microwave, as well as other appliances such as: refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, food processor, chopping board, grater, pots, pans, dishes, among others. There is also no washer and dryer, but there are several laundry options close to the building.
