Downstairs you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bright living and dining area, as well as a modern bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the top floor, where you also have an additional bathroom and a wonderful balcony which overlooks the neighboring fields and nearby hills. A lovely covered terrace located on the ground floor provides a great view and features a stone barbecue, large dining table and seating area with television. From there you have direct access to your lovely swimming pool with hydro-massage section which is suitable for children, a fully fenced garden, a basketball court and children's playground with swings, trampoline and much more... Plenty of gated parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a free WiFi connection. Your hosts who own a nearby farm will provide a welcome present for you and will gladly allow you to pick any of the eco friendly produce they grow in front of the house. Your house provides a nice location too as National Park Krka is reachable in a short 15-minute car drive, same as Nature Park Lake Vrana and the coastal towns of Pirovac and Vodice. Both Zadar and Split are less than an hour away, while Sibenik can be reached in half an hour.
