DOOR CODE: We'll send you the directions and lock box code on the day of your check-in. CHECK-IN: Check in time is at 3:00pm. Before arriving in the city, we need to make sure that our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning and maintenance service has passed through the unit, and that the sheets and towels are clean and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight deadline. CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please keep this rule in mind so that we can go in and prepare it for the next guest. TV: This property has 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note that the complex has security cameras that cover only the outdoor areas of the property.
